TUFFSTUFF PROVIDES INNOVATIVE BELT CLEANING SYSTEMS
TuffStuff branding was established in Mackay, Queensland, Australia in 1993. Specialising in plastics and engineering, the company experienced rapid growth. Expanding into ship repairs including BIBO (Bulk in Bag Out) style vessels consisting of several complex material handling type systems, provided TuffStuff valuable experience in the Bulk Materials Handing Industry.
In 1997 TuffStuff restructured and began manufacturing conveyor accessories which proved far superior to conventional styles that were currently being used. With clients gaining longer service life and safer solutions using the new products, the bench mark was set for the competitors and demand grew for new innovations.
In 2011 TuffStuff’s new manufacturing facility in Newcastle was commissioned. A range of new innovative and patented technologies were released along with a complete range of conveyor accessories. All products are fabricated and assembled in Australia and quality checked to the relevant industry standards.
In addition to the manufacturing operations, sales and service distributors have been established in many key areas around Australia and New Zealand. TuffStuff has exported its products through distributors to countries such as New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and New Caledonia.
